Day #51: Lumen Gentium 43

Today we move on to Chapter VI of the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church.  This chapter is on religious.  By way of introduction, our reading looks at the the two defining characteristics of religious life: (1) the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obedience, and (2) community life.
