Day #195: Dignitatis Humanae 15

Today we conculde our reading from the Declaration on Religious Freedom, the final of the Council’s three declarations

Article 15 closes the document with a snapshot of the current situation in the world today: a situation where religious freedom is more widely recognized in the constitutions of many nations (which is good) while at the same time having nations that acknowledge freedom of worship on paper, but in practice make it more difficult for people to be religious (which is bad).
