Today in the Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity, we begin Chapter IV on “The Various Forms of the Apostolate.” While Chapter III focuses on where the ministry of the laity takes place, chapterr IV looks at the forms it takes.
Article 15 very briefly lays out the outline for the chapter. There are two forms that the laity’s minitry takes: an individual one and a communal one. Article 16 starts off the Council’s reflection on the individual one. Every individual is called to be a witness to the faith.
