Day #353: Orientalium Ecclesiarum 19-23

Today in the Decree on the Catholic Churches of the Eastern Rite, we move from our look at the sacraments to the fifth chapter on “Divine Worship.”

In this chapter, the Council Fathers cover feast days (article 19), the date for the celebration of Easter (article 20), the participation in the liturgy of other rites for those who live in a territory outside their own rite (article 21), the Liturgy of the Hours (article 22), and the language of the liturgy (article 23).
